Visiting this website
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites (OpenAI), using Cloudflare infrastructure. Access involves technical data such as IP address, access time, requested page, browser and device information, for delivery, security and troubleshooting. Sites automatically generates visit and page-view statistics. Our legitimate interests in secure operation and understanding website use are based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Any required sign-in is handled by OpenAI; we do not collect your password.
Enquiries and email
We process the name, email address, selected service and message submitted in the form to answer enquiries and prepare a working relationship. Contract-related enquiries are based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other correspondence on Article 6(1)(f), our interest in answering incoming messages. Providing data is voluntary; the form cannot be sent without its required fields, and we cannot reply without contact details.
Form.taxi (wrkt*biz Reinhard Söllradl, Brandstatt 9, 4070 Eferding, Austria) forwards the message, which we receive in the business mailbox info@qqq-lab.com at IONOS. Form.taxi also processes the IP address, browser identifier, time and originating website. The provider states that form processing takes place in the EU, using ALL-INKL.COM hosting in Germany and Mailjet email delivery in the EU. Enquiries are retained for at most one year and spam for one month; we can permanently delete them earlier. Deleting a panel entry does not delete our email copy. Please do not include sensitive personal information or unnecessary information about other people.
Retention and recipients
We keep correspondence while needed to handle the enquiry, carry out the agreed work or resolve related claims. We then delete it, except where statutory retention duties apply, based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Technical providers process data according to their published policies. Recipients are the named hosting, form and email providers and competent authorities where legally required. We do not sell your data or use it for unsolicited advertising.
Browser storage
Our website code sets no marketing cookies and does not save your data in persistent local browser storage. We use no advertising tools, external fonts or social plugins. The platform may use its own technical mechanisms and cookies for access and security, as described in OpenAI’s privacy information.
International processing
The hosting provider is OpenAI Ireland Ltd. ChatGPT Sites terms include a specific data processing agreement for published websites, including those of Plus/Pro users. For transfers outside the EEA, it specifies Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions. IONOS states that the DPA is part of its general terms for newer contracts. Before publication, the IONOS terms applicable to our plan still need to be checked. Processing within Form.taxi takes place in the EU; delivery to our IONOS mailbox is a separate step. Our personal data processing agreement with Form.taxi was created on 25 October 2026. Although the provider currently states EU processing, the agreement permits processing in third countries subject to appropriate safeguards. Before public launch, we still need to clarify the appropriate contractual framework for business email.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21). If any processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Send requests to the email address above. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
